Started my Martial Arts journey at the age of 6 in Shotokan Karate. Had a few years off then went to Taekwondo achieving the rank of Black Tag in WTF under Master Tom Walton and 3rd Dan Steven Lewin. Upon joining the Armed Services I stopped then in 2009 took up MMA and had 1 fight. Stopped after 4 years and then had 10 years away from the tatami and now have returned in BJJ.
Day Job: Athletic Trainer (Currently doing my Masters Degree)
